Job Description |
- Involved in the human resources function of organisation in support of business strategies through the building of required leadership, shaping of an effective organisation structure, driving a performance-driven and quality culture as well as the development and implementation of appropriate and timely HR initiatives.
- Build capabilities and infrastructure in the Human Resources organisation to ensure delivery of quality and efficient HR services and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Introduce and reinforce quality HR practices.
- Ensure the performance management process is implemented according to prescribed standards and used as a key consideration for development and compensation management.
- Ensure effective recruitment and selection process and standards are in place. Ensure also the appropriate sourcing channels are maintained, brand-marketing opportunities are utilized, and that management and supervisory level staff are coached on recruitment and assessment techniques.
- Develop initiatives and action plans to build strength targeting to ensure a pipeline of talents to assume the supervisory and leadership roles. Develop career roadmaps for core functional disciplines and ensure that relevant HR infrastructure is in place to support progression along the roadmaps.
- Work closely with the senior management team to determine the optimal staffing levels required and identify appropriate solutions to meet the staffing requirements.
