Job Description |
Responsibility
- Provide support to customer by answering and solving customers issues, following up on outstanding customer questions and enquiries, training end users and system administration
- Ensuring all process standards are met and maintained
- Accurate documentation of calls, issues or problem and its solutions
- Provide service deliverables as defined by agreed client SLA’s
- Activities include updating documentation registering the processes and parameters, testing solutions, scripts and fixes, as well as writing reports on snap searches and coordinating issues with other departments
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar job
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and general computer literacy
- Experience in SQL server
- Basic networking skills will be an added advantage
- Crystal Report and ERP experience will be a plus
- Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills
- English speaking with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of business processes, standards and practices of related applications
- Required to work on public holidays on rotational basis
- May be required to work on call basis
- Some travelling may be necessary
