	Job Description	You will lead a team of consultants to understand the requirements of the clients, manage their expectations, develop solutions, secure buy-in and execute the solutions. You will manage project timelines and ensure delivery of quality work. As a leader, you will also be involved in guiding the consultants and developing the business. You should have a good honours degree or a Masters in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or other technical disciplines. To qualify, you also need at least 5 years of working experience in human capital consulting. To excel, you should have Leadership quality Excellent communication and presentation skills Effective client management skills Drive and tenacity Resourcefulness and ability to think out of the box
