Responsibilities
- Member of the country’s management team and works closely with the management team to contribute to the local Human Resources strategy.
- The position serves as the internal consultant on human capital challenges and opportunities that affect the business performance and relationships.
- Develops and ensures all country’s human resources policies, programs and services, including leadership and talent management, recruitment and selection, retention, learning and development, legal compliance, employee experience and engagement, labour relations, total rewards, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and employee communications are in place.
- Accountable for the coordination and execution of the Country’s People Strategy to support business results, while ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulations, best practices as per global policies and practices of the Group. It seeks to contribute to a positive work environment and position the company as an Employer of Choice by being aware of market trends.
