	Job Description	Provide a broad range of financial consulting services and project implementation support for all local offices. Operational accountability and team leadership responsibilities in finance-related change projects pertaining to financial system conversion, product development, business initiatives, process documentation and improvement. Accountable for developing the project approach and timelines whilst ensuring the implementation activities are being performed to the required standard and timeframe. Develop and manage policies and guidelines in support of the local office initiatives and operational improvement. Responsible for identifying, leading and implementing a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness of the local office.
