	Job Description	Play a key role in the pricing and development of new products, monitoring the product trends among the competitors, and managing the day to day work of the product pricing team. Assist in the new product development including market research, come out with product features, conduct profit testing, prepare policy wordings, actuarial certificate and marketing material. Compute and analyze profit testing for each product to ensure appropriate premium rates and profitability. Play a key role in the design and pricing of new products, ensuring all necessary financial criteria are met, whilst balancing the interests of the distribution channels. Manage the implementation of new products, coordinating between departments and ensuring that all business areas are completed by agreed launch date.
