	Job Description	Responsibilities To deliver accurate pricing of products in accordance to best actuarial practice that meet internal, regional office and regulatory (BNM) standards / requirements To undertake product implementation process in accordance to the Product Development Management Framework. Ensure checks and balances are in place to sustain the quality and accuracy of actuarial deliverables. Ensure appropriate reinsurance arrangement in place to mitigate risk. Ensure terms of business are appropriate, taking into account the risk appetite and risk management ability of the company. Continuously improve technical know-how and actuarial skills To lead and provide guidance, training and development to junior staffs. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
