| Job Description | • To design, conduct and evaluate training effectiveness for Credit related training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Create blended learning contents collaborating with e-learning team
• Create credit training policy and lead long-term program and projects
• To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate internal forums, conferences, meetings for programs e.g Job Expert Network (JEN) programs.
• Continuously look for ways to improve training programs to ensure to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness
• To play a role as Branch partner and liaise closely with Chief Learning Officers(CLO) in the bank's branches throughout APAC and EA (mainly Asean Countries except Europe & America); to assist in identification of training needs at branch level as well as to provide guidance and advice to CLOs.
• To provide support and lead special projects and ad-hoc requests from branches.
• To work closely with superior and other facilitator in both KL and Singapore offices. |
