Responsibilities 

  • Serve as champion of compliance within the Group with the aim of establishing and enhancing the culture of compliance within the Group.
  • To promote the Group Compliance Programme and to implement the various elements within the relevant region or business.
  • To ensure that compliance risk is properly managed by providing pro-active advisory service in regulatory, reputational and ethical matters to Chief Executive Officer, Management Team and all other relevant businesses or support functions.
  • Communication of compliance policies and procedures through training including computer based legal and compliance training and personal interaction.
  • Establish a Compliance Monitoring Programme
