Job Description |
- Overseeing teh overall FX performance and run rate of treasury sales desk
- Implementing business plans and strategies to boost FX volume and revenue
- Educating and coaching the sales team and other business on updates and courses on BNM FEA guidelines and FX treasury products
- Possess hands-on experience in executing derivative products such as Cross Currency Swaps and Interest Rate Swaps
- Familiar with legal documentation such as ISDA negotiaiton processes
- Working in collaboration and acting as link bridge between Treasury and FI, Corporate banking, Transaction banking department and retail branches by providing analytics and identifying potential areas for growth.
- Building referral network and systematic calling to scope opportuniyt from identified leads
- Work closely with treasury product team to develop and market suitable treasury products to enhance profitability and grow market share
