  • Ensure all documentation processes are fully assessed and in compliance with all policies/procedures and in adherence to regulatory/Risk/Compliance/audit requirements
  • Ensure loan documents are complete and in order prior to disbursement and if otherwise, follow up procedures are in place and in order
  • Consistently review process to drive potential process improvements in terms of quality, accuracy, processing time/TAT, disbursement.
  • Proactively ensure staff are well equipped with appropriate training and knowledge to perform day to day functions and continuous improvement in staff competencies
