| Job Description | Key responsibilities: - Provide business direction to drive and grow FI business in China - Coordinate with all branches in China to implement FI business strategy and achieve business objectives - Oversee, develop and lead a team of Relationship Managers, & Credit Analyst to meet key performance objectives & targets set management - Responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing business plan to market and cross sell solutions to banks and NBFIs in China. The range of prodcuts include but not limited to loans, trade / BRTF, cash management, custody, global markets and investment banking products, banknotes - Account Planning for existing and targeted client base, both banks and NBFI, along with revenues and pipeline reporting - Relationship development at both senior management and product level |
