Job Description |
Key responsibilities:
- §Lead and drive PFS strategic planning of overall business goals and roadmap
- §Managed Wealth Management, Mortgage Loan sales, products and retail marketing lines to achieve business target
- §Organisation structure design, recruitment plan, role & responsibility and job description formulation, interview and etc.
- §Evaluate business development needs for PFS, balance the short term & long term targets, cost revenue, interests among different parties.
- §Identify risk and potential difficulties and prepare for solution or alternatives to ensure the setup progress as planned
- §Coordinate and leverage the resources as needed to transfer expertise, knowledge, skills and network to help set up PFS business foundation
- §Plan PFS short term and long term business development goals, key milestones and investment estimation
- §Prioritise initiatives and projects, and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value
- §Collaborate and coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gain support for PFS initiatives and projects
- §Provide continuous coaching to subordinates
