Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Continuous uptrend disbursement within a shorter TAT
- Improve staff productivity as per stipulated target
Customer/People Management
- High internal and external customer satisfaction measured in complaints/feedback frequency, processing time meeting/exceeding business expectation, service quality and accuracy, identification and resolution to factors and obstacles within and beyond team’s control
- Coordinate with all relevant working relationships department such as Legal advisers, Lending Operations , suppliers, Trade, Marketing and Treasury department to ensure appropriate support is build up to smoothen the documentation process
- Consistent review of solicitors’ performance to ensure appropriate Service Level is met
- High staff engagement leading to output delivery, efficiency and effectiveness of services offered, responsibilities and ownership
Internal Process
- Ensure all documentation processes are fully assessed and in compliance with all policies/procedures and in adherence to regulatory/Risk/Compliance/audit requirements
- Ensure loan documents are complete and in order prior to disbursement and if otherwise, follow up procedures are in place and in order
- Consistently review process to drive potential process improvements in terms of quality, accuracy, processing time/TAT, disbursement.
Learning & Growth
- Complete all the learning and development courses selected/assigned
- Proactively ensure staff are well equipped with appropriate training and knowledge to perform day to day functions and continuous improvement in staff competencies
