1. As a Team Leader, responsible for development and management of the overall Cash Management business.

2. Define the Cash Management strategy and develop roadmap to align with the business strategy.

3. Undertake and manage projects and assignment given. Ensure direction and objective clearly given to team member and all team member play their roles in completing the task and meeting the timeline given.

4. Provide coaching and guidance to team members on cash management, product and service technical knowledge.

5. Involved in working group of management and assist Head of TBD in the area of cash management. Attend the meeting and provide conductive proposal and suggestion as well as convey working group messages to TBD.

6. Participate in formulating business objectives, policies, strategies and guidelines and implement activities in order to meet the Bank’s business and financial targets and objectives.

7. Keep abreast of the provision and changes in the Statutory requirements, the Bank's Head Office Policies and Bank Negara Malaysia’s Guidelines to ensure due compliance in all aspects of human resources and administration.
